The full version Running Interval Timer app is simply the easiest count down interval timer app for runners that use 1 minute walks between intervals. No complicated menus or settings to worry about. Just select your interval time, press 'Start' and you're done well, except for the running.
Many running groups or running clubs use the 1 minute walk period interval system. If you are part of a group or club using this system or just follow it on your own or with friends the full version no-frills app is ideal.
The full version allows for interval selections from 1 to 10 runs with 1 minute walks and a 1 minute run with a 2 minute walk.
